 Yes, we offer both photography and videography services. You have the flexibility to choose either photography, videography, or both as part of your package. We understand that each couple has different preferences and priorities when it comes to capturing their special day, so we provide the option to book our services individually or together based on your specific needs and desires. Whether you want stunning photographs, a cinematic wedding film, or a combination of both, we are here to accommodate your preferences.

 The number of photographers and videographers present on your wedding day will vary depending on the package you choose and the size/scale of your wedding. 

We strive to deliver your projects with precision and efficiency. While our estimated timeline is between 2 to 4 weeks for photos and 3 to 6 months for edited videos, it's not uncommon for us to complete the work sooner when possible. Our priority is to ensure that your projects are prepared with the utmost care in the shortest possible time frame. 

 We provide engagement or pre-wedding photo shoots as an optional addition to any of our packages, including our budget-friendly options. These photo shoots are a fantastic chance to capture precious moments before your wedding day. They enable us to create a more personalized and intimate collection of images specifically for you. Regardless of whether you opt for a comprehensive package or a more affordable one, you always have the flexibility to include the engagement or pre-wedding photo shoot option. It serves to enhance your overall experience and create cherished memories that will last a lifetime. 

 Yes, we are available for destination weddings. However, please note that there may be additional travel expenses associated with our team's transportation and accommodation. We will provide you with a specific cost estimate tailored to your destination wedding to cover these travel expenses. We believe in transparent pricing and will work with you to determine a fair and reasonable amount. Destination weddings offer unique and breathtaking settings, and we are excited to be a part of capturing your special day wherever it takes place. 

 Yes, we do require a deposit to secure your wedding date. We understand the importance of securing our services for your special day. Confirming your wedding date and booking our team will only be done once the deposit has been received. 

In the event of the clients canceling the event, regardless of the reason, the booking fee is non-refundable. This fee serves as liquidated damages, compensating the photographers/videographers for reserving the event date exclusively for you. 

For photography in certain parks and special buildings, you may need a photography permit. The cost of the permit is the responsibility of the client. Each location may have its own specific requirements and fees, which should be updated and consulted with the relevant authorities. Therefore, clients should consider the associated costs prior to the photography session and be responsible for covering them.

Yes, we offer wedding albums and prints as part of our services. However, the inclusion of wedding albums or prints in the package will vary depending on the specific package you choose. We offer different package options with varying sizes and quantities of albums or prints. 

For wedding locations within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), there are no travel fees associated. However, for venues located outside of the GTA or in more distant locations, there may be additional travel fees involved. The specific travel fees will depend on the distance and logistics required to reach the venue. During our consultation and booking process, we will discuss the details of your wedding location, and if any travel fees are applicable, we will provide you with a transparent breakdown of those costs. Our goal is to ensure that all expenses are communicated clearly and fairly, allowing you to make an informed decision regarding your photography and videography services.

Unfortunately, we do not offer the option for clients to be present during the editing process itself. Our editing team handles the post-production of the film. However, once we have completed the editing, we provide an opportunity for you to review the film and suggest any changes or modifications you'd like us to make. Your feedback is important to us, and we will do our best to incorporate your desired revisions into the final version of the film.  Additionally, if you have a particular music preference, please inform us before or within one month after the wedding, so we can incorporate your desired music into the editing process. 

Despite having extensive experience in wedding photography and being familiar with the essential moments to capture, we highly value your input. We understand that there may be specific details or moments that are important to you, but may not be immediately evident to us. Therefore, we kindly request that you inform us in advance of any specific shots or must-have moments you want us to focus on. This ensures that we don't miss anything significant and allows us to meet your expectations. By communicating your priorities before the wedding, both you and we can feel more confident that nothing important will be overlooked. Our aim is to provide you with peace of mind, knowing that your vision is well-documented, and to prevent any post-wedding concerns about missing out on something that was meaningful to you.
