 Thank you for choosing dimO studiO services.
Please review the following policy outlining the terms and conditions related to photo and video delivery, retouching services, financial terms, and additional fees.

• Weddings: 15–30 business days after the photography date
   
• Family Events: 7–14 business days
   
• Business Headshots: 2–7 business days
   
• Other Services (e.g., advertising photos, business events): 3–10 business days unless otherwise agreed upon in writing

• You may request retouching within 2 months of photo delivery
   
• Retouching turnaround: 7–15 business days from the date of your request
   
• Retouching fee: $10 per photo
   
• Requests made after the 2-month period will also be charged at $10 per photo
   
• Printing services are subject to additional charges based on print size and time elapsed since delivery

• Weddings: 60–180 business days after the shoot
   
• Family Events: 20–50 business days after the shoot
   
• Commercial Projects: 14–50 business days after the shoot

• You are entitled to one free round of revisions, requested within 7 days of receiving the video
   
• Requests after this period will be billed at our standard hourly rate, which includes editing, exporting, and uploading time

• Full payment for photography/videography is required before the service date
   
• Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit is received
   
• Deposit payments are non-refundable

• Raw footage is only provided for weddings and party packages that include a full-length edited movie
   
• Raw footage will be delivered after the final edited video is completed
   
• Raw footage is not available for promotional or family highlight videos

All delivery timeframes assume timely payment by the client.
If payment is delayed, delivery timelines will begin from the date payment is received, not from the shoot date.
We reserve the right to hold a project for no longer than one month beyond the agreed timeframe in such cases.

The CLIENT is responsible for acquiring all required permits and permissions for all shoot locations.
The CLIENT is also responsible for covering any entrance fees, parking costs, and road tolls incurred by the photographer or videographer.

For any location that is more than 50 kilometers outside of Toronto, a travel fee will apply.
This fee is calculated based on the distance and travel time and will be communicated to you in advance.

If the CLIENT requests a location change during a scheduled time block, the transportation and relocation of the photography/videography team will be the CLIENT's responsibility.
This includes either providing transport or covering the cost of relocation between venues.

We will always inform you of the expected end time of your session in advance.
If the shoot continues beyond the agreed time or runs without breaks, an overtime fee will apply.
All overtime is billed in one-hour increments.

Delivery timeframes and pricing may vary depending on project complexity, volume of work, or special requests.
