Thank you for choosing dimO studiO services. Please review the following policy outlining the terms and conditions related to photo delivery, retouching services, and financial terms:

Photo Delivery Time:

   - Weddings: Between 15 to 25 business days after the photography day.

   - Family Events: Between 7 to 10 business days after the photography day.

   - Business Headshots: Between 2 to 5 business days after the photography day.

   - Other Services (such as advertising photos and business events): As per the initial agreement, but default timeframe is between 3 to 10 business days.

Photo Retouching and Print:

   - Time required for photo retouching: Between 7 to 15 business days from the date of your request.

   - Additional retouching fee: $10 per photo requested for retouching.

Customers are entitled to order retouching services within two months after photo delivery.

After this period, a fee of $10 per photo will be charged for retouching.  

For photo printing, if time elapses, charges will apply according to the photo printing rates and based on the size of the prints. 

Video Delivery Time:

   - Weddings: Between 60 to 180 business days after the shooting day.

   - Family Events: Between 20 to 50 business days after the shooting day.

   - Commercial: Between 14 to 50 business days after the shooting day.

Video re-edit: 

If you want something edited in your video you get one free re-edit. You have 7 days from the day you receive your video to ask for changes, 

Any edits after will be charged at an hourly rate for editing, exporting, and uploading.

Financial Terms:

   - Full payment for the photography day: Must be settled before the commencement of photography.

    - Booking: Booking will not be confirmed until the deposit is received.

    -The deposit fee is not refundable.

Payment for Retouching Services:

   - Customers are entitled to order retouching services within two months after photo delivery.

   - After this period, a fee of $10 per photo will be charged for retouching.

 Raw Video Footage:

Raw footage is not available for promotional videos or family highlight videos. It is only provided for weddings and parties that include a full movie and will be delivered to the client after the final editing is completed.  

 
it's important to note that all the mentioned timeframes are calculated assuming timely settlement by the customer. In the event of delayed payment by the customer, the calculation will commence from the payment date.  

Please be aware that in such cases, we reserve the right to hold the project for no longer than one month.

   - Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
